Regular maintenance extends the life of your equipment

Kitchen equipment is the lifeblood of your restaurant. If any appliance breaks down, it can spell disaster. One of the best ways to keep from happening is to properly maintain your asset. Periodic maintenance not only saves you money in the long run, it keeps your warranty in force and ensures your kitchen equipment is operating as efficiently as possible. The two most reasons why warranties are voided are improper installation and lack of maintenance. That’s is where ASCM-Kitchenpro can help.

ASCM-Kitchenpro is factory authorized to provide maintenance on most major brands of commercial kitchen equipment. Our technicians receive factory training in appliance and refrigeration maintenance.

Of course, preventive maintenance is everyone’s responsibility. We encourage your employees to learn basic & simple techniques they can employ to keep kitchen equipment working at peak efficiency in between schedule maintenance calls. 

 

Maintenance Services

When you hire us for periodic maintenance, you can rest assured your kitchen equipment will be regularly inspected and proper cared for. Our preventive maintenance program covers the following critical areas.
 

BASIC MAINTENANCE PACKAGE

NO MORE THAN 18 EQUIPMENT IN TOTAL

GAS EQUIPMENT

  • Clear Choke at Burner
  • Clear choke at Pilot
  • Fit and grease gas and pilot valve
  • Adjust burner flame

REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT

  • Check and clean condenser
  • Check temperature control
  • Check refrigeration gas
  • Check and clean filter / ventilation

ICE MACHINE

  • Check machines for proper freeze cycles and harvest times
  • Check evaporator coil and fans for proper operation and cleanliness
  • Check condenser and fan for proper operation and cleanliness

COMBI STEAMER
Not included

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

  • Check electrical connection
  • Check timing belt and gear system
  • Check electrical current leakage

STANDARD MAINTENANCE PACKAGE

NO MORE THAN 26 EQUIPMENT IN TOTAL

GAS EQUIPMENT

  • Clear Choke at Burner
  • Clear choke at Pilot
  • Fit and grease gas and pilot valve
  • Adjust burner flame
  • Calibrate thermostats
  • Clean and adjust pilots for burners and ovens and replace as needed

REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT

  • Clean all coils, condenser, and evaporator
  • Check all fans and motors
  • Check and adjust refrigeration pressures and temps
  • Check & clean door gaskets 

ICE MACHINE

  • Check machines for proper freeze cycles and harvest times
  • Check evaporator coil and fans for proper operation and cleanliness
  • Check condenser and fan for proper operation and cleanliness
  • Clean and delime as needed (generally every 1-3 months)

COMBI STEAMER

  • Check water level probes and clean as needed
  • Check all electrical connections and contactors
  • Clean and delime as needed (generally every 1-3 months)

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

  • Check electrical connection
  • Check timing belt and gear system
  • Check electrical current leakage

COMPREHENSIVE PACKAGE

NO MORE THAN 32 EQUIPMENT IN TOTAL

GAS EQUIPMENT

  • Calibrate thermostats
  • Clean burners and burner intakes as needed
  • Clean and adjust pilots for burners and ovens and replace as needed
  • Check pressure relief safety valves
  • Clean steamer water level sensors and drains
  • Check all electrical connections and contactors
  • Adjust oven door switches and closers

REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT

  • Clean all coils, condenser, and evaporator
  • Check all fans and motors
  • Check and adjust refrigeration pressures and temps
  • Check and replace door gaskets as needed
  • Check and adjust walk-in door closers as needed
  • Check all condensation drain lines
  • Install disposable filters and replace as needed

ICE MACHINE

  • Check machines for proper freeze cycles and harvest times
  • Check evaporator coil and fans for proper operation and cleanliness
  • Check condenser and fan for proper operation and cleanliness
  • Clean and delime as needed (generally every 1-3 months)
  • Top-up freon gas as and when needed (only 134A or R404)

COMBI STEAMER

  • Check water level probes and clean as needed
  • Check all electrical connections and contactors
  • Clean and delime as needed (generally every 1-3 months)
  • Check water filter cartridges and replace as needed

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

  • Check electrical connection
  • Check timing belt and gear system
  • Check electrical current leakage
  • Inclusive of deep cleaning

$2900.00 / Quarter

ASCM offers a number of flexible and responsive maintenance contracts to keep your equipment in top condition. A maintenance contract allows us to be proactive and perform needed service before problems arises. Alternatively, customer can customized their own maintenance package. Requesting Service

To schedule service, simply fill out our convenient Service Request Form and submit it. Online request are answered within 24 hours. If you have an emergency, please call us directly at 8448 7399 (temporary).

Non-emergency service or repair

If your equipment needs service, and this is not an emergency, please fill up the form below and submit it. Once we receive your request, we will attempt to determine if your unit is still under Manufacturer’s warranty. You are responsible for any charges that are not covered under warranty. An estimate of such charges (if any) will be disclosed to you in writing prior to performing any services.
